Using ScoreShare

These terms apply to the ScoreShare app and website, provided by Momentum Apps. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

ScoreShare provides manual scorekeeping and shared scoreboards for supported sports. You can create games, enter scores, and follow games in the app or a browser. A user account is not required.

Your scoreboards and shared information

You are responsible for the names, scores, locations, and other information you enter, and for having permission to share that information. Game details may be accessible through shared links and discovery features. Do not enter confidential information or personal information you do not have permission to publish.

You keep ownership of the content you provide. You permit Momentum Apps to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate ScoreShare and make your scoreboards available to others.

Acceptable use

Use ScoreShare lawfully and respectfully. Do not use the service to harass others, publish unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, or bypass its safeguards. We may restrict access or remove content to address misuse or protect the service.

Scores, connectivity, and availability

Scores depend on what the person operating the scoreboard enters. ScoreShare is not an official referee or a guarantee of a game’s result. Network interruptions, device problems, or service outages may delay or prevent updates.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and remove old scoreboards. Keep separate records if a result is important to you; the service is not a permanent archive.

Free to use

The current version of ScoreShare is free, with no advertising, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. ScoreShare uses third-party services for hosting, game synchronization, and configuration. App stores and external services may have additional terms that apply to your use of them.

App and website rights

Momentum Apps and its licensors retain rights in the app, website, branding, and other original service materials. You may use ScoreShare for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and the terms of the app store through which you obtained it.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not limit rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact
